Cubs
To make life a little easier most of the information that you require regarding the Cub Pack has been put onto this web page. A copy of the Cub Scout Law & Promise for your son/daughter to learn and an image showing badge positions on the uniform shirt are below. These should not be sewn on until after your son/daughter has been invested.
Cubs meet on Thursday starting prompt at 6.45pm. Cub Scouts may arrive at 6.35pm onwards, they may not be left any earlier as we are not covered by our insurance policy until this time, and we finish at 8:30pm. Could you please come into the hall to collect your Cub Scout as we do not allow them out of the building unless they are accompanied by an adult.

The Scouter in Charge is myself, Guy Townsend, and I can be contacted on 01420 472543. Please feel free to contact any of the leaders if you have any problems or queries. The leaders are always available after meetings for consultation or any problems you may have.
We are here for your child to enjoy Scouting, if you or your child encounters any problems please talk to us; we can then do our best to resolve the problem.
The Cub Scouts are advised of any activities that take place either verbally at the end of the Pack meeting, or by letter. Please ask them if there are any requirements for the following week, either tasks to be completed for badge or award work, or a change in venue or clothing for the following meeting. If your son/daughter has missed a meeting please contact the relevant leader to find out if there are any special requirements for the following week. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE CUB SCOUTS HAVE A COAT/ WATERPROOF WITH THEM EVERY WEEK as many activities take place outside. If as a parent you have any time to spare we are always grateful for any help that you can give. Please remember that the Group will always need your support and that all the leaders give their own spare time voluntarily without reward. The Cub Scout Promise
